Villa La Joya Bella requires a minimum of 7 night occupancy.
$4,000.00 per week for 2-8 guests, MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 8.
$500.00 Refundable security deposit.
A deposit of 50% is required to hold a reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. Payment of the refundable security deposit of $500 can be made along with your final payment.
We accept Money orders or bank transfers as payment. We do not accept credit cards.
If you feel the staff has provided friendly and attentive service feel free to leave a tip.
